Casachianti is located in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena and at only one hour's drive from Pisa and the sea. It is immersed in the greenness of cypresses and holm-oaks and is surrounded by countless medieval towns and castles. It is only 7 km away from the medieval town of Certaldo, the birthplace of the famous writer Boccaccio and 15 km away from San Gimignano, famous for its towers and its magnificent historical centre.
The rooms are on the first floor (the ground floor is taken up by a typical ittle restaurant open in the evenings only) and have two and three beds,each with private bathroom. Floors are in Tuscan cotto, ceilings have open beams and entresols are in cotto. Available both with cooking facilities and bed & breakfast. Large parking place and outdoor space.

"Palio" Highway Florence-Siena (exit at Tavarnelle).
In Tavarnelle, take the turning on the right towards Marcialla-Certaldo.
At Marcialla turn right towards Fiano. At Fiano turn left towards Certaldo. After about 1 km you will see Casachianti on the right
