In the garden, among the olive and the fruit trees, you can relax by the swimming-pool which is open from May to October, surrounded by a sun terrace with beach umbrellas, sun beds and tables. The accommodation is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, fruit trees and there are also some nice goats, the great pleasure for the small guests.

Coming from Milano/Bologna (north) and from Roma (south):
from the motorway A1 take the exit Firenze Signa, and get onto the highway in direction Pisa-Livorno.
Leave this road at the exit Montelupo Fiorentino, and at the stop sign turn left for Botinaccio.
After about 6 km you'll see a bar pizzeria with a big garden on your right: continue for 500 mt, and turn into via Turbone on your left.
Pass the houses, keep left and follow the unmade track for 400 mt until you'll reach the property.
Coming from Pisa - Livorno:
leave the highway at the exit Montelupo Fiorentino; at the stop sign turn left and after about 400 mt turn right for Botinaccio.
