A delightful agriturismo made up of three apartments, completely restructured and tastefully furnished with great attention to detail.
Located within view of the village of Civitella Marittima, in the heart of Tuscany's Upper Maremma.
The agriturismo has an inground swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas, a large BBQ for outdoor cooking, a covered porch with tables for eating outdoors, a large terrace and an extensive garden.
The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, yet surprisingly close to major centres of interest for tourists (Siena, Florence, Monte Amiata, Petriolo Thermal Baths, the Maremman coast).
Three apartments furnished in Tuscan rustic style. Each apartment has a double bedroom, sitting room with fold-out sofabed, bathroom with shower, and a large, well-equipped kitchen to allow our guests to be completely self-sufficient. Heating and air conditioning are controlled independently. Each apartment has its own private terrace and there is a large comunal terrace by the swimming pool.
LOCATION
The farmhouse is situated near the village of Paganico, 35 km from Siena and 30 km from Grosseto.
From Florence: pass Siena and continue towards Grosseto. After 30km you will find a tunnel (galleria di Petriolo - 1.8km long). Just after the tunnel you will see an exit on your right marked "Casal di Pari". Exit the highway and continue until you arrive at sn intersection. Turn rights towards Grosseto. Follow the road for approximately 6 km.
On your right you will see the sign for il Passo degli Ulivi.
Coming from Grosseto, you have to leave the through road following the signboard on your right for Paganico, pass the village and continue straigh ahead for 2 km until a crossing.
Here you turn to the left following the sign “Monte Antico”and “Siena”. After 200 metres you will see a board on your right showing the direction to the farm.
You just continue for 3 km until you will find another signboard on your left that indicates “Il Passo degli Ulivi”.
Only 200 metres more you’ll be there!!!!!
