Residence Anna Rosa is located 300 m from the sea, in residential zone and with private garden.
The Residence was completely restructured in 2006, and is so equipped with all comfort. There is also a car parking and bicycles parking. There is a limitated number of cars that we can park.

Apartments at ground floor has own entrance and garden; the other one, served by elevator, has 2 balconies.
