The villa is situated in Dicomano, a town in the Tuscan hills about 35 Km. from Florence, in the “Chianti Rufina” region between the Valley of the Sieve and the Mugello.
It is set in green, quite, relaxing and secluded area less than five minutes by car from the railway station in the centre of the town. Its location, in the heart of Tuscany gives easy access to the major artistic centres of Firenze, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Fiesole, Assisi and host of small medieval towns, fortifications
and castels of the Medici's family.
The building is a farm villa of sixteenth century completely restored within the “RIMAGGIO” farm comple (including 60 hectares of cultivated fields of maize, vineyards, woodland and pasture for cattle).
LOCATION
Follow the A1 motorway towards BOLOGNA exit at INCISA and follow the highway 69
to PONTASSIEVE. On reaching Pontassieve, ( turning right), take the highway 67
towards FORLI (Km.31)
Follow the A1 motorway towards ROMA exit at BARBERINO and follow highway 65
towards SAN PIERO A SIEVE and continue to BORGO SAN LORENZO and
DICOMANO (Km. 33)
If you are in FLORENCE go towards FIRENZE SUD and following highway 67
towards PONTASSIEVE - FORLI (Km. 35)
